Belonging to the first generation and birthplace of the current owner. Due to sharing, it was at some point under the auspices of another family branch, a fact that would be corrected with its purchase by Domingos Alves de Sousa, grandson of the first owner from whom it inherited the name (also Domingos Alves de Sousa). Located in the highest reaches of the parish of Medrões (municipality of Santa Marta de Penaguião), it was the subject of a recent restructuring, and is now a major focus in the production of white wines: white, early and very aromatic varieties, which the soil, climate and altitude conditions will allow for smooth maturation and an acidity level that will guarantee good freshness to the wines.
