THE VINEYEARDS

For the best wines, the best grapes.

As such, all the grapes used in the winemaking process come exclusively from the family’s farms. We witness their growth, follow their first steps, and intervene whenever necessary. Until they reach maturity. And once the fruits are harvested, a new cycle begins, and then another. With endless but extremely rewarding dedication. The pivotal role of the vineyard in the design of the various wines has resulted in constant investment over the last 30 years. Restructuring, land division, research, acquisition of new plots. Today, the vineyards occupy an area of approximately 130 ha, spread across 6 farms:

The ecological diversity (micro-climates, soils, altitudes, exposures), the “terroir”, the specificities of each Quinta allow us to obtain wines of great identity and quality.

In parallel with the important winemaking legacy, the vineyards of tomorrow are being prepared today. Using a series of careful and innovative means, without neglecting the knowledge passed down from our ancestors:

- polyclonal selection and sustainable viticulture;

- the recovery of native grape varieties

- personal commitment to traditional vineyards.

The result is an amalgamation of tradition and modernity.
