Contiguous with Quinta da Gaivosa, the two are almost difficult to dissociate. Where one ends, the other begins. The meeting was held in the late 1980s to purchase the approximately 18 ha that make up Quinta do Vale da Raposa. In 1991 it was the stage for the debut in the production of DOC Douro wines with a white that immediately captivated connoisseurs and deserved the best references. This fact proved the value of Gaivosa's slope terroir (the name by which the area is known) and recognized all the work carried out there.
